Role: Techno-Functional SAP HCM Consultant

Employment: Contract / Project-Based

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (UK Shift)

Budget: Up to ₹1.6 LPM

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional SAP HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Functional Configuration + SAP ABAP Development.

The ideal candidate should bridge HR business requirements with technical execution and independently handle development, integrations, troubleshooting, and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and support SAP HCM PA & OM

• Work with Infotypes, Dynamic Actions, Enterprise/Personnel Structures, Object Relationships & Evaluation Paths

• Develop ABAP Reports, Function Modules, RFCs, Interfaces & Migration Programs

• Strong experience with HCM LDBs – PNP/PNPCE

• Develop BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements & OO ABAP solutions

• Design and develop SAP Gateway OData Services using SEGW

• Handle Entity Types, Entity Sets, Associations, CRUD & Data Mapping

• Integrate SAP HCM with external applications/APIs

• Perform advanced ABAP debugging, RCA & performance tuning

• Prepare Functional & Technical Specifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
