Reporting to: Head of Operations, MCL

You’ll be the driving force behind a high‑performing team of field‑based adjusters, elevating technical excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience across High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex claims. This is a leadership role with real influence — shaping standards, guiding adjusters, and ensuring our service stands out in the market.

You’ll be the technical backbone of the MCL team — the person adjusters rely on, clients trust, and the business looks to for quality, consistency, and leadership.
