About Azurreo

Azurreo is the telecommunications and technology arm of Seelon Holdings, a privately held international investment group operating across four continents. We are a global leader in telecom network performance testing, measuring quality of service (QoS) and experience (QoE) for operators worldwide.

Trusted by major operators and technology vendors, our teams deliver advanced telecom engineering and monitoring that keep networks fast, reliable and secure. Our testing platform, SignalVerify, operates in over 144 countries.

Our vision is to make every network — and every experience on it — faster, more reliable and more secure for operators and the people they serve. We are guided by Seelon Holdings' values of trust, performance and long-term partnership.

Role overview

When a mobile operator cannot get a gateway to register, or a hosting customer wakes up to an expired certificate, someone picks up that ticket and owns it until it is fixed. That is this job.

As a Technical Support Specialist you are the first point of contact for customers with technical problems. You investigate what is actually happening, troubleshoot at Tier 1 level, coordinate with our engineering teams where you need to, and stay with the ticket until the customer confirms it is resolved. You will do this from home, in English, for customers across dozens of countries.

The work spans three areas: networking and connectivity, hosting issues such as DNS, SSL certificates, FTP and email configuration, and customer telecom equipment including routers, gateways and SIM management platforms. Full training is provided on our platforms and on customer equipment — nobody is expected to arrive knowing them.

You will join growing team, distributed across several countries. That means broader exposure than a large helpdesk offers, direct access to senior engineers, and real influence over how the function is built as it expands. It also means the role suits someone who wants to build genuine long-term expertise in telecommunications, not just pass through a support desk.

A typical day: pick up your queue and check anything close to SLA · work through tickets ranging from quick configuration questions to a connectivity fault you trace over several hours · walk a customer through a router setting on a call or WhatsApp · hand two complex cases to Tier 2 with clean notes · short handover at the end of the day.

Tasks

What you will do

  • Own tickets end to end. Take assigned tickets from first contact through to resolution, keep them moving inside SLA, and follow up until the customer confirms the issue is fixed.
  • Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues across networking, connectivity and hosting: DNS, SSL certificates, FTP, email configuration, IP and port problems, basic routing.
  • Support telecom hardware and platforms — routers, gateways, SIM management systems and connected devices — and build an understanding of each customer's environment.
  • Communicate with customers by email, our internal Support platform, phone and WhatsApp: clearly, patiently, in professional written English.
  • Document properly and escalate well. Write up what you tried and what you found so a senior engineer can pick it up cold, and know when to hand over rather than keep digging.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base. Every issue you solve twice becomes an article the whole team uses.

Requirements

What we need from you

Six things. If you have most of them, apply — we will train the rest.

  1. Resident in Syria or Turkey, with a reliable internet connection and a workable home setup, including a plan for when power or connectivity drops.
  2. 1–3 years in technical support, IT support, helpdesk or network support.
  3. Fluent English — you can write a clear, professional customer email without help.
  4. A solid grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, common ports and internet services, SSL certificates, FTP, email configuration.
  5. Genuine troubleshooting instinct: you ask questions before you guess, and you can explain your reasoning.
  6. Patience with people. Some customers reach you frustrated, most are not native English speakers, and all deserve the same care.
  7. Available for overtime when a customer issue requires it — compensated in time off or additional pay.
  8. A degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field is useful, but demonstrated ability counts for more.

Nice to have — not required

Experience with ISPs, hosting providers, telecom operators or MSPs · VoIP, VPN, SD-WAN or mobile network exposure · routers, gateways or SIM management platforms · remote support by phone, WhatsApp or remote-access tools · CCNA, Network+, MCSA or similar · supporting international customers · using AI tools such as ChatGPT to work faster.

Benefits

What you get

  • 14 days of paid leave per year, plus public holidays in accordance with local law.
  • Overtime compensated in time off or additional pay.
  • Performance-based bonuses, and salary reviewed after your first year and at our annual review cycle.
  • A company laptop and headset, shipped by our IT team, with a Microsoft 365 licence. Equipment is provided in kind.
  • 100% remote work with genuine international exposure — colleagues and customers across four continents.
  • Structured onboarding and hands-on training on our telecom platforms and customer equipment, with direct mentoring from experienced technical leaders.
  • Progression depends on performance — we promote internally first.

Why join us

You would be joining a small team inside an established international group — close enough to the work to learn quickly, and backed by people who have been doing this for years. We train properly, we promote from within, and we invest in people early in their careers because that is how this team has always been built.

Our process is designed to respect your time: six clear stages, a reply either way at each one, and dates you can hold us to. You will speak with the people you would actually work with, and you will know where you stand at every step.
