Role Overview

We are looking for young, energetic, and tech-savvy Support Resources to join the TekHQS team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with onboarding, troubleshooting, and navigating our diverse technology solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience and strengthening TekHQ's reputation for excellent support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting of trucking software and ELD devices
  • Document common issues, customer feedback, and solutions to improve the support process.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to product/engineering teams.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-first approach in all interactions.

Requirements

  • 1- 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Energetic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of technology, trucking software, or ELD systems (training will be provided).
  • Passion for helping customers and improving support experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and support platforms.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry, ELD compliance, or logistics operations.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Punjabi) are a plus.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Remote
  • Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan
