Role Overview

Arrow is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect II to provide technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and business guidance to our channel partner community across North America. This role is primarily focused on Juniper Networks solutions, with secondary responsibility for HPE Aruba Networking technologies.

The Technical Solutions Architect II is responsible for enabling partners, driving technical sales engagement, and architecting innovative networking solutions that accelerate pipeline growth and opportunity closure. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners, Arrow sales teams, and supplier organizations by delivering technical consultation, solution design, demonstrations, and competitive positioning across enterprise networking environments.


This position requires a strong background in enterprise networking, including campus, branch, wireless, data center, security, automation, and network management solutions.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated networking solutions centered on Juniper Networks and Aruba technologies.
  • Assist channel partners in demand generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements that generate qualified opportunities and expand pipeline.
  • Qualify networking opportunities by understanding customer business objectives, technical requirements, competitive landscape, budget considerations, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, solution validation, and technical strategy to accelerate opportunity progression and closure.
  • Design and recommend enterprise networking solutions spanning wired access, wireless infrastructure, routing, switching, SD-WAN, network automation, cloud-managed networking, network security, and AI-driven operations.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Juniper Networks solutions, including Mist AI, Campus and Branch networking, Data Center networking, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
  • Support Aruba networking opportunities involving Aruba Central, campus switching, wireless infrastructure, edge networking, and network management solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and workshops to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, and end-customer stakeholders.
  • Provide competitive positioning and market differentiation guidance against competing networking vendors and architectures.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners and internal Arrow teams while helping align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging networking technologies, market trends, supplier roadmaps, and industry best practices.

What We Are Looking For

Education/Experience

  •  7-10+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
  • Strong experience with enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless networking, network security, automation, and cloud-managed infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper Networks solutions.
  • Experience with HPE Aruba Networking solutions highly desired.
  • Experience with network automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
  • Industry certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX), CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$111,900.00 CAD - $200,000.00 CAD OTE


Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
