About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our Technical Services and Data team and take hands-on ownership of onboarding projects and customer data support.
This is a role for someone who wants to do meaningful work, helping customers get up and running on our platform, resolving data issues efficiently, and acting as a dependable point of contact for technical inquiries. You'll be working closely with our implementation and customer success teams, with a near-term focus on our expanding EMEA portfolio.
You won't be managing a team. You will be expected to operate independently and own your work.
