About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery for strategic client accounts. This role requires strong technical fluency, delivery ownership, and the ability to bridge business objectives with engineering execution.

This is a hands-on technical delivery leadership role. You'll work closely with engineering, product, QA, and client stakeholders to manage priorities, understand development workflows, investigate technical blockers, challenge delivery assumptions, and ensure predictable outcomes. You'll use modern tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, resource capacity, and delivery forecasts.
  • Drive scope control, change management, and continuous process improvement.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Demonstrate technical fluency across software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
  • Participate in engineering discussions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and identify dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Understand merge requests, build pipelines, testing environments, and release processes; coordinate migrations, integrations, and technical debt.
  • Partner with engineering leads to resolve technical blockers and leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, escalations, priorities, and cross-functional communication.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project health, delivery performance, risks, and milestones.
  • Maintain delivery visibility through meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and transparent project tracking.
  • Support resource planning, budget awareness, and delivery accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software delivery experience, including 4+ years in technical project management or delivery leadership.
  • Hands-on technical background in software engineering, DevOps (High Level), QA, infrastructure, or technical support.
  • Proven experience delivering complex SaaS applications or enterprise software initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, API responses, application logs, and CI/CD pipeline results; strong understanding of Git workflows, cloud platforms, and deployments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, project risks, and scope changes.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), written and spoken.
  • Based in Latin America, with availability overlapping US business hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DevOps, cloud migrations, or large-scale platform modernization.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools, scripting, or AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Experience with data platforms, AI-enabled products, or complex system integrations.
