About the Team / Role:
The Senior Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Network Engineering organization by leading the implementation of new and emerging technologies across the field and operations teams. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of highly complex projects from initial approval through planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in technical project management, with a strong understanding of engineering methodologies and the ability to design and implement scalable, repeatable processes. Additionally, this role requires a solid grasp of operational workflows to ensure seamless integration of technology into day-to-day functions. Success in this position demands exceptional organizational and leadership skills, a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, and a broad industry knowledge to adapt to evolving technologies.

Primary Location Pay Range: $127,824.52 - $191,736.78Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
