Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Analyst – GCP Analytics to join our Data & Analytics team supporting enterprise-scale cloud analytics initiatives for US-based clients. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams by translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions built on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analytics, GCP services, SQL, dashboarding, and Agile methodologies. Experience working with Data Engineering teams and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly preferred.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis & Business Requirements

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Define product features, acceptance criteria, user stories, and business workflos
• Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable analytics solutions.
• Support roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization.
  Data & Analytics
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements for executive stakeholders.
• Validate data quality, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Support data modeling and analytics initiatives in collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Work with GCP Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

• Understand and analyze data pipelines built using:

• BigQueryCloud StorageDataflow
  Pub/SubCloud ComposerDataproc
  Validate data transformations and reporting outputs.
  Assist in cloud migration and analytics modernization initiatives.

• Reporting & Visualization: Develop business dashboards and executive reports.
  Work with BI tools including:
  Looker
  Looker Studio
  Power BI (Preferred)
  Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.
  Deliver self-service analytics solutions for business users.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst.

Experience working with US-based clients in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and SDLC.
