Technical Lead-Infra

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Manager with strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, VMware virtualization, Application Support, and SRE principles. Experience in ServiceNow Administration is an added asset. Experience in Cloud Administration (AWS or GCP) is a definite plus.

1. Windows Server & Infrastructure Management

• Manage Windows Server platforms (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  
• Oversee AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI and security services.
  
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migration programs, and DR activities.
  

2. VMware Virtualization

• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts and vCenter clusters.
  
• Ensure HA/DRS, vMotion, resource optimization and troubleshooting.
  

3. Application Support Leadership

• Lead L2/L3 application support teams ensuring system stability.
  
• Strong in IIS and SQL Administration
  
• Drive RCA, incident and change management processes.
  

4. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

• Implement SLIs, SLOs and observability frameworks.
  
• Reduce toil with automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash.
  
  

5. Leadership & Governance

• Mentor engineers, lead incident reviews and drive modernization initiatives.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server & Active Directory expertise.
  
• VMware vSphere ecosystem management.
  
• SRE experience with monitoring tools (Splunk Grafana Prometheus, Dynatrace, ELK).
  
• Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
