Salary: $128,054.78 to $178,500.96Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Architect and design scalable technology solutions using established design patterns and frameworks to align IT capabilities with organizational needs.
• Translate complex business and end-user requirements into actionable technical designs across server, networking, and application environments.
• Guide technical teams through full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases to ensure seamless handoffs and reliable platform deployments.
• Evaluate cross-system interdependencies and perform root-cause analysis on complex technical bottlenecks to protect operational business continuity.
• Partner with project leads and enterprise architecture teams to define security standards and introduce innovative, high-ROI technology solutions.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering, solution design, or software architecture within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical blueprints across full SDLC phases and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• High School Diploma with 3–5 years of experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of applicable IT experience.
