Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in non-functional requirements (NFRs) to define and drive architectural strategy across enterprise platforms.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce NFRs: performance, scalability, reliability, security
  • Design scalable and resilient enterprise systems
  • Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives
  • Drive Microsoft ecosystem architecture (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, .NET)
  • Lead performance testing and optimization
  • Establish observability and reliability practices
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years experience in software engineering/architecture
  • Strong expertise in NFRs
  • Hands-on Microsoft stack (Azure, .NET, Fabric, Power BI)
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices
  • ERP or enterprise product experience preferred

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
  • Data engineering and analytics exposure
  • AI/ML familiarity
