You will assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct quality control, and provide continuous training to your team. Your leadership as a Team Lead will be vital in supporting the overall program management, guiding your team through challenges, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

The Team Lead role also involves direct engagement in key analyst duties, allowing you to maintain a strong technical understanding and to assist with workload management as necessary. Whether you are conducting lease file reviews, processing operating cost or real estate tax adjustments, or step rents, your hands-on approach as a Team Lead ensures that you remain an invaluable resource for your team.

To excel as a Team Lead at NVE Inc., you should have at least six (6) years of analyst or program support experience in relevant fields, with knowledge in areas like research and analysis, commercial lease administration, finance, accounting, or information technology.
