We are looking for a Team Leader to coordinate and monitor the delivery of high-quality data, reports, analyses, and insights to our Client Service teams in France.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will lead a team of analysts based in India, ensuring the successful delivery of accurate, insightful, and client-ready outputs. Beyond data production, you will play a key role in developing your team’s analytical capabilities, helping them transform data into meaningful business insights, compelling PowerPoint presentations, and actionable recommendations for clients. 

As Team Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end production process supporting our French Client Service teams—from understanding project briefs and business questions to delivering high-quality analyses and client-ready presentations.

You will ensure that your team not only delivers accurate data but also develops strong analytical thinking and storytelling skills. This includes coaching analysts on how to build insightful PowerPoint presentations, write clear and impactful comments, interpret results, and formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations that support client decision-making.

You will set priorities, manage workloads, ensure quality standards are met, and continuously develop the team's capabilities to deliver excellence. 

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of analysts supporting clients in France.
• Act as the primary point of contact for your team and ensure alignment with priorities set by the Senior Manager.
• Translate business questions and client briefs into clear and actionable tasks.
• Ensure accurate data extraction and analysis using our internal tools and platforms.
• Review and validate PowerPoint deliverables, ensuring high standards of clarity, consistency, and visual presentation.
• Coach analysts on data interpretation, insight generation, storylining, commentary writing, executive summaries, and conclusions.
• Ensure that reports and presentations answer the client's business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor daily operations, allocate resources, track progress, and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks.
• Guarantee quality, timeliness, consistency, and client readiness across all deliverables.
• Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused team culture.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
