Ciklum is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Recruiters to define effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and technical stacks
     
  • Search, identify, and engage with relevant candidates using Boolean strings, advanced filters, and other sourcing techniques
     
  • Leverage various sourcing platforms, tools, and databases to build and maintain strong pipelines of IT talent
     
  • Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to provide insights on availability and hiring trends
     
  • Review candidate profiles and resumes to ensure the best fit for open positions
     
  • Proactively interact with potential candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities, etc.) to build long-term relationships
     

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of hands-on sourcing experience in IT recruitment
     
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing methodologies
     
  • Practical experience with different sourcing tools, platforms, and extensions (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
     
  • Good understanding of IT market trends, technical stacks, and programming technologies
     
  • Ability to conduct and present market research and talent insights
     
  • Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, result-oriented attitude
     
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines
