Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field
• Excellent written English skills—you will represent our voice and brand to top-tier talent
• Proven experience using Loxo, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, or similar sourcing platforms
• Background in recruiting for construction or infrastructure roles is a significant advantage
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; able to work autonomously without constant oversight
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with candidate outreach, follow-ups, and crafting humanized, compelling messaging
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT to enhance communication and personalize outreach content

Core responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Loxo) to ensure candidate pipelines are structured, current, and clearly tagged
• Build targeted longlists of qualified candidates in alignment with specific job briefs and client needs
• Launch and manage outreach campaigns through email and Loxo to engage passive candidates
• Personalize communications and conduct timely follow-ups to nurture candidate relationships
• Handle interview coordination, including scheduling, reminders, and post-interview follow-ups
• Source talent from various platforms including Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, and Loxo to maintain a healthy and visible pipeline
• Draft basic recruitment content, such as email templates, outreach messages, and “About Us” blurbs to support campaigns
• Continuously track and tag candidates based on their engagement level, interest, and progress through the hiring funnel
