Talent Recruiter Eastern Europe

We are looking for a Talent Recruiter with a background in Psychology to support the sourcing, selection, and management of a CEO talent pipeline across Eastern Europe.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Source CEO-level talent across Eastern Europe
• Identify and assess relevant executive profiles
• Manage and maintain the CEO talent pipeline
• Support the selection process
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Maintain structured candidate information and follow-up

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Based in Poland
• Strong interest in talent identification and executive recruitment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
