Role Overview

As the Talent Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day needs of our content creators, focusing on brand partnership execution, calendar management, social copywriting, and coordination between talent agents, internal teams, editors, and brand partners. You’ll keep projects organized, track deadlines, and make sure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This role requires the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and competing priorities at the same time.


Reporting Structure

You will report to the VP of Talent.


Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
  • Coordinate creator brand partnerships, including campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, content submissions, feedback, approvals, and posting status.
  • Collect and organize campaign briefs, creative assets, posting instructions, links, and other materials needed to complete deliverables.
  • Draft social media copy and review content for accuracy, required disclosures, brand guidelines, and agreed campaign requirements.
  • Support campaign reporting by collecting live links, screenshots, platform metrics, and other proof of performance.
Creator Support
  • Maintain creator calendars, including streams, content schedules, meetings, campaign deadlines, travel, and appearances.
  • Monitor creator-related communications, flag urgent requests, and ensure follow-up items are completed.
  • Coordinate creator travel, event appearances, accommodations, schedules, and on-site needs as required.
Team and Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate with creators, talent agencies, editors, internal teams, and brand partners to keep projects organized and on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records and work with internal teams to track contracts, invoices, payments, and campaign completion.
  • Support content planning, partnership activation ideas, and other talent-related projects as needed.


Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent coordination, influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple creators, projects, and deadlines at the same time.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, on-brand social media copy.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with creators, brand partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize time-sensitive requests, and follow through on details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and major social and content platforms, including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
  • Availability to support occasional travel, events, or creator needs outside standard business hours.


Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting content creators, influencers, talent, social media campaigns, or brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with creator sponsorship workflows, including briefs, content submissions, approvals, posting requirements, and campaign reporting.
  • Knowledge of the gaming, esports, livestreaming, or digital content industries.


Compensation

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000, based on experience and qualifications.
