Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a primary focus on white-collar hiring and overseeing high-volume blue-collar recruitment. This role is ideal for recruiters with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry who are comfortable working remotely and supporting hiring needs across Saudi Arabia.

Note: Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory.

-GCC recruitment experience is preferred; experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role and project requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and active talent pipelines.

  • Monitor and support high-volume blue-collar recruitment activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and compliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Meet recruitment timelines across multiple projects simultaneously.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.

  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory.

  • Strong experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.

  • GCC recruitment experience is preferred; experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

  • English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
