Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for sales and field positions across multiple markets. This role is heavily focused on proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and identifying high-performing sales professionals before the competition.


The ideal candidate enjoys hunting for passive talent, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, developing recruiting strategies, and partnering with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent quickly. Must be able to manage a full requisition load, and produce 4-6 hires per week.


What You'll Do

  • Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
  • Recruit for a variety of sales and field positions while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct phone screens, behavioral interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Track recruiting metrics, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and recommend process improvements to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Paylocity) and sourcing tools such as Indeed Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
