Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing, screening, and supporting the hiring of top talent across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the People team, helping ensure timely and compliant 
recruitment activity. The Specialist manages critical tasks in Greenhouse, including requisition submission, candidate tracking, and offer letter generation.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and online databases.

Conduct initial phone screens and summarize findings for hiring managers.

Obtain candidate and hiring leader availability to coordinate interviews.

Submit requisition requests and offers through Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy and 
completeness.

Maintain organized candidate pipelines and update statuses in Greenhouse as directed.

Prepare and extend offer letters using approved templates.

Monitor approval workflows and follow up as needed to avoid delays.

Collaborate with hiring managers, People team members, and onboarding contacts to 
ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Provide general administrative support for the Talent Acquisition function.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited 
college with specialization in business, healthcare administration, or related field 
preferred.

At least 3 years of Human Resources experience, with Talent Acquisition experience 
strongly preferred. Healthcare or hospice experience preferred.Prior experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with online systems and databases.

Demonstrated empathy, sensitivity, and ability to support patients and families from 
diverse backgrounds.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. The role may involve light physical effort including handling office supplies or equipment. The work is typically performed in a remote or office setting with no travel requirements. Candidates 
must be able to communicate effectively through phone, video conferencing, and email. May involve prolonged periods of sitting and using a computer.
