In this role, you will:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from innovative sourcing and deep-dive screening to complex offer negotiations;

  • Efficiently manage and close 5–7 concurrent roles, with a consistent focus on filling 2–3 senior or head-level positions;

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with overarching business objectives;

  • Represent the company at international industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our brand and proactively expand our global talent networks;

  • Develop creative, innovative sourcing channels and cultivate robust, diverse talent pipelines through deep industry connections and networking;

  • Conduct rigorous behavioral and competency-based interviews to comprehensively assess candidates' cultural fit and technical capabilities;

  • Utilize recruitment analytics and market intelligence to optimize hiring strategies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on hiring metrics to leadership;

  • Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully closing senior and head-level roles, preferably in iGaming;

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers;

  • Advanced knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, etc.), and alternative talent channels;

  • Ability to translate recruitment data and market trends into actionable hiring strategies;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure, confidential hiring initiatives with the utmost professionalism;

  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to represent the company at global industry events.
