What will your day look like:


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS), you’ll play a key role in sourcing exceptional talent to meet both our current and future business needs. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, design smart recruitment strategies, and bring innovative ideas to life across a variety of hiring channels.

From developing our employer brand and nurturing talent pipelines to managing the full recruitment cycle, this is a role where you can make a real impact.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to design and deliver effective talent strategies
  • Creating engaging, innovative recruitment campaigns that attract top talent
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including agencies, universities, colleges, and recruitment fair providers
  • Analysing recruitment trends to understand peaks, troughs, and opportunities in the market
  • Delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for both entry‑level and specialist roles
  • Supporting stakeholders with resource planning, approvals, interviews, inductions and offers
  • Ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly across the business
  • Completing daily and monthly reporting and audit requirements
  • Working closely with the wider HR team to create a first‑class onboarding experience
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues within the team
  • Minimising business risk by ensuring compliance with RTW, DBS checks, references and other legislative requirements
