Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-6 Month Contract)

We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (3–6 month contract) to support our People Team during a period of high hiring demand.

This is a project-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and the challenge of finding talent in very niche and hard-to-reach markets.

🔎 What we are looking for

We are looking for a recruiter who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting
• Is used to working in high-demand, high-pressure environments
• Has experience sourcing niche technical profiles
• Ideally has experience recruiting BIM, engineering, or construction-related roles
• Is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Has advanced English
•  

Experience recruiting BIM/VDC profiles or specialized engineering roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) is highly desirable, as many of the positions we hire for are difficult-to-find technical profiles.

🧠 What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles in LATAM and the U.S.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs
• Build strong pipelines for specialized engineering and BIM profiles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach hard-to-find candidates
• Help us maintain strong hiring momentum during a period of rapid growth

🌍 Location

 All positions at ENG are fully remote.

⏳ Contract
