As Omtera continues to scale across multiple regions, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Talent Operations Specialist to join our dynamic, distributed team. This role will play a key part in helping Omtera build a high-performing global talent engine hiring across commercial, consulting, technical, AI, product, and early-career roles.
You will be responsible not only for sourcing and recruiting top talent, but also for supporting the operational side of global hiring, including contractor coordination, offer processes, onboarding workflows, and regional hiring logistics.

You will work closely with Omtera’s leadership team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, commercial, consulting, AI, operations, and early-career roles.
- Build hiring pipelines for different regions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Support hyperscale hiring initiatives by building repeatable sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, scorecards, interview stages, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Manage candidate communication with clarity, professionalism, and speed.
- Coordinate hiring for full-time employees, contractors, freelancers, interns, and remote team members.
- Support offer processes, contractor agreements, onboarding documentation, and hiring-related workflows.
- Work with external providers when needed, including contractor platforms, Employer of Record providers, payroll partners, and legal/admin stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong talent database and proactive pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding activities through LinkedIn content, job posts, events, campaigns, and talent community building.
- Track recruitment performance, including pipeline quality, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion.
- Help improve Omtera’s hiring operations by creating scalable processes, templates, and reporting systems.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience across every stage of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, people operations, or a similar role.
- Experience hiring for SaaS, technology, consulting, AI, data, or digital transformation companies is preferred.
- Ability to recruit across a broad spectrum of roles, from interns and junior talent to senior technical and commercial profiles.
- Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles across different functions, regions, and seniority levels.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with international hiring, contractors, freelance talent, or remote teams is a strong plus.Familiarity with technical roles such as AI engineers, deployment engineers, solutions architects, data consultants, or software engineers is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
