Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives at the regional and international level.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment processes for multiple countries or regions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively with diverse teams.
