Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior and executive-level positions. This fully remote position focuses on full life cycle recruitment, high-volume requisition management, and strategic sourcing, with a strong emphasis on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The role includes developing and managing recruitment programs, advising on process improvements, and ensuring compliance with staffing policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for a high volume of requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding support.
  • Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates from a variety of social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels to identify and engage top talent.
  • Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple project-based recruitment requests simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines for 40+ requisitions when required.
  • Recruit for a broad range of roles from entry-level to senior positions and assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing recruitment processes, tools, and strategies based on data, feedback, and best practices.
  • Educate hiring managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance requirements, and career planning practices.
  • Track staffing processes and recruiting activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Coach colleagues and share in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition practices, while demonstrating broad understanding of related HR disciplines.
  • Lead by example and model professional behaviors and values, working to build consensus and influence others to reach alignment on hiring decisions.
  • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within the talent acquisition team and in collaboration with other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies, exercising sound judgment and discretion in recruitment decisions and recommendations.
  • Explain complex, difficult, or sensitive information clearly and professionally to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in virtual interviews and support a structured interview process for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Document recruitment activities accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain up-to-date candidate and requisition records.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment, including supporting 40 or more requisitions at one time.
  • Experience working on project-based recruitment requests and handling multiple requisitions concurrently.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Data Center Technicians or similar positions (strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to challenge existing approaches and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an advanced, inquisitive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Avature is preferred.
  • Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach others and share expertise within the talent acquisition or HR function.

  • Experience supporting recruitment for a wide variety of skill sets, including technical, professional, and leadership roles.
  • Background in human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, recruiting, or onboarding.
  • Customer service orientation and a focus on delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience educating managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
  • Ability to work within broad guidelines and policies while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Experience participating in or coordinating 1–2 stage virtual interview processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence others in decision-making processes.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position with a preference for candidates based in Central or Eastern Time Zones. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. The assignment is initially planned for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Work is performed in a virtual office environment using common business technologies, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a preference for experience in Avature. The role involves frequent virtual meetings and interviews, collaboration with distributed teams, and interaction with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations. The position emphasizes a professional, collaborative, and compliance-focused culture, where employees are encouraged to share knowledge, lead by example, and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
