Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hiring practices in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to build strong foundations in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Engineering
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Keen interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Stipend & Duration
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Mode: Remote (Work from anywhere in India) - 7-8 hours per day
Duration: One week trial and then 3 to 6 months
