Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sourcing processes and practices.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on adapting to change.
