Independent Contractor – CPT-11299 Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist/Technical VA/Senior- Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a results-driven Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns for U.S.-based brands. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and data analysis, with a proven ability to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple advertising platforms.
This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities while continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to maximize performance. The successful candidate should have recent experience managing advertising campaigns for U.S.-based seller platforms and brands and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Paid Advertising Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and organize campaign structures, ad sets, and audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations.

Audience Targeting & Campaign Optimization

  • Research and build high-performing target audiences.
  • Create and manage audience segmentation for prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, placements, and campaign objectives.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and data analysis.

Creative Testing & Performance Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.

Budget Management

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets.
  • Allocate spend based on campaign performance and business priorities.
  • Monitor pacing to ensure budgets are utilized effectively.
  • Recommend budget adjustments to maximize ROI and ROAS.

Conversion Tracking & Analytics

  • Configure and monitor conversion tracking across advertising platforms.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking pixels and event measurement.
  • Analyze campaign data and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor attribution performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare recurring performance reports summarizing key metrics, including:
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Cost Per Click (CPC)
    • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
    • Conversion Rate
    • Impressions and Reach
  • Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Track campaign performance against business goals.

Continuous Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance daily.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend new advertising opportunities and testing strategies to improve results.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of recent experience managing paid advertising campaigns for U.S.-based brands or seller platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing eCommerce, lead generation, or service-based advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Conversion Tracking.
  • Experience creating performance dashboards and marketing reports.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based businesses across multiple industries.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
