This role leads project management for state-level and strategic anonymous tip deployments, acting as the organization's subject matter expert on the anonymous tip platform and its supporting components. The Systems Deployment Manager guides platform configuration and delivery and serves as the primary escalation point for technical questions throughout the deployment lifecycle. Day to day, this role drives partner-led implementations and configurations from start to finish. Serving as the single point of contact for both clients and partners, the Systems Deployment Manager consolidates status across stakeholders, removes obstacles, and keeps onboarding moving at pace. As the system administrator for OnRamp, the Systems Deployment Manager maintains workflows, advances system enhancements, manages the knowledge base, and coordinates new product releases, continuously refining the systems and processes that underpin operational excellence.     Essential Functions: Manage strategic Anonymous Reporting statewide deployments, partnering with internal and external stakeholders Manage strategic implementation partner relationships and partner-driven implementation projects, ensuring successful customer launches through operational oversight, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and accountability for project milestones and deliverables. Represent Navigate360 during partner-led implementations, providing project oversight, stakeholder communication, and operational support related to Emergency Management solutions. Serve as the primary operational liaison for Sandy Hook Promise (SHP), overseeing partner launch readiness, facilitating go-live activities, and ensuring successful activation of customer accounts. Serve as the system administrator for OnRamp, overseeing workflow maintenance, system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new product and feature releases. Ensure operational readiness across launch processes, systems, and customer configurations through validation, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Duties / Responsibilities: Lead statewide Anonymous Reporting deployments, serving as the project manager responsible for launch strategy, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and preparing for successful program adoption. Serve as the primary operational liaison for Sandy Hook Promise (SHP), coordinating launch readiness activities, managing launch-related communications, and ensuring successful activation of customer accounts. Manage partner-driven Campus360 implementation projects from launch planning through go-live, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and launch objectives are achieved. Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, facilitating communication, resolving operational issues, and ensuring alignment between Navigate360, customers, and external stakeholders. Oversee customer launch readiness by monitoring project status, identifying risks, and driving resolution of issues that may impact implementation timelines or successful go-live execution. Facilitate go-live activities and launch execution for partner-driven implementations, ensuring customer accounts are properly configured, validated, and activated. Support Emergency Management configuration updates for clients during Campus360 launches. Validate system configurations through testing to ensure functionality within Emergency Management and Campus360 integrations. Monitor and maintain accurate customer records, project documentation, and implementation data within designated systems. Maintain and administer OnRamp playbooks, launch processes, system configurations, and content to reflect current processes, product updates, and operational requirements. Identify opportunities for system and process improvements within OnRamp and implementation workflows, documenting requirements and supporting implementation of approved enhancements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer projects, workflows, and records within designated systems. All other duties assigned. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience working with Navigate360 solutions, implementation management, customer operations, or related functions. Experience managing customer-facing projects, implementations, or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams. Experience coordinating multiple priorities and managing complex projects through completion in a fast-paced environment. Experience identifying operational risks and driving resolution to support successful customer outcomes. Experience administering, maintaining, or supporting software platforms, workflows, or operational systems. Experience managing and maintaining OnRamp playbooks, workflows, operational content, and system configurations. Experience within K-12 education, school safety, emergency management, SaaS implementations, or customer operations environments. Passion for ensuring the physical safety of students, facilities, and staff. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Dynamic communication presence with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt to new technologies and effectively understand, apply, and communicate how systems function. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong aptitude for learning new systems and technologies with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting requirements, and implementing operational enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience. Experience creating training, enablement, or instructional content using Synthesia or similar learning and development platforms. Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification or equivalent experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or organizational learning. Experience developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge base content. Experience administering business systems, workflow platforms, or operational tools, including system configuration, testing, and release management. Demonstrated ability to analyze operational processes, identify gaps, and drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration. Experience supporting change management initiatives, including user adoption, communication, training, and process implementation. Experience working with implementation partners, vendors, or third-party service providers to support successful customer outcomes. Normal Working Hours and Conditions:  Core business hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
