Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair is growing, and we're looking for an experienced outside sales professional who knows how to run an in-home appointment, diagnose a problem, present a solution, and close the deal. We provide the leads. You provide the hustle. What You'll Do Run pre-qualified, pre-scheduled in-home appointments Inspect foundations and crawlspaces and identify problems Design and present the right solution for the homeowner Build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale Follow up and manage your pipeline Work with our operations team from sold job to installation What We're Looking For 1+ year of outside sales experience — required Home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar experience is a plus Proven ability to close sales Confident, competitive, and comfortable talking to homeowners Self-motivated and organized Comfortable getting into crawlspaces and around construction sites Valid driver's license and clean background This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
