SVP, Industry Engagement - Nonprofit

Job Details: Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Professional Exemption, The SVP Industry Engagement – Nonprofit will serve as the company’s primary subject matter expert and industry engagement leader for the nonprofit and advocacy sectors. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining C-suite relationships within the industry, Reinforcing Wiland’s leadership position in the market, expanding Wiland’s understanding of the nonprofit marketplace, identifying emerging industry trends, advising on vertical-specific product and data strategy, and championing Wiland as a well-known, recognized, and trusted thought leader within the sector. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize and expand deep expertise in nonprofit fundraising, donor behavior, audience intelligence, advocacy, political engagement and related market trends. Serve as Wiland’s internal and external subject matter expert for the nonprofit sector. Monitor market developments, competitive activity, regulatory changes and emerging opportunities affecting nonprofit and advocacy organizations. Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to identify opportunities for new products, data assets, models and capabilities. Provide strategic recommendations regarding nonprofit-focused product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies. Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support strategic opportunities, executive-level client discussions and key account initiatives. Qualifications: EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS   10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, advocacy, audience development, political engagement, or related sectors. Deep understanding of donor acquisition, donor file growth, fundraising analytics, and nonprofit marketing. Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and business growth through market expertise. Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leaders, clients, boards, and industry audiences. Established relationships within the nonprofit and advocacy ecosystem. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Location: Remote  Department: Product Management Compensation Range: $165,000 - $205,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component.
