We are seeking a flexible and adaptable Surge Recruiter to support our recruiting team on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate resumes against client job descriptions
- Identify technical skill alignment and relevant experience
- Conduct initial video interviews with candidates to assess communication skills, technical background, and overall fit
- Provide clear screening notes and recommendations to the recruiting team
- Adapt quickly to different IT roles, technologies, and client needs
- Maintain flexibility to support recruiting efforts across multiple U.S. time zones
Required Qualifications
- Prior IT recruiting experience or practical hands-on IT work experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and skillsets
- Ability to compare resumes against technical job requirements and identify strong matches
- Comfortable conducting professional video interviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to support urgent and changing hiring needs
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to multiple client environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or technical interviewing
- Experience supporting government, consulting, or enterprise IT roles
- Familiarity with common technologies such as cloud, networking, cybersecurity, software development, or ERP systems
