Imagine360 is seeking a Supervisor, Medical Management - Support to join the team! The Supervisor, Medical Management Support leads the Medical Management Support team and oversees non-clinical Medical Management operations. This role is responsible for staff supervision, workflow management, reporting, process improvement, and operational support. The Supervisor collaborates with clinicians, leadership, and providers to support program goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

 

Position Location: 100% remote

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Medical Management Support team responsible for non-clinical Medical Management operations.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, development, and performance oversight for team members.
  • Establish team expectations, priorities, goals, and performance standards.
  • Support staffing, workload planning, productivity, and resource alignment to meet operational needs.
  • Promote consistent communication, accountability, and alignment with departmental initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, accountable, and service-oriented team environment.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update departmental workflows, standard operating procedures, training materials, and operational resources; ensure materials are reviewed and approved through appropriate departmental governance prior to implementation.
  • Monitor daily queues, assignments, reports, productivity, and operational metrics to support timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Audit work outputs for accuracy, timeliness, compliance, documentation quality, and process adherence; identify trends, support root cause review, and assist with corrective action follow-up and ongoing monitoring.
  • Coordinate onboarding, skills training, refresher training, and communication of process changes for support staff.
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, consistency, and service delivery.
  • Support compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, contractual, and departmental requirements, including Medical Management program standards.
  • Prepare, review, validate, and distribute operational reports, performance metrics, and program data; reconcile source information when appropriate and escalate reporting discrepancies or data integrity concerns.
  • Support implementation of system enhancements, quality initiatives, workflow changes, and cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, Information Technology, leadership, and cross-functional partners to resolve workflow barriers and support departmental objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings, project tasks, follow-up items, and operational communications related to departmental priorities.
  • Maintain departmental documentation, training content, education resources, and reference materials to support consistent team performance.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with HIPAA, PHI requirements, departmental policies, and applicable regulatory standards.

 

Education and Experience:

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education/Licenses/Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification.
  • Agile, Scrum, or project management certification.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years leading teams and managing direct reports.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare operations or administrative support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years leading teams and managing direct reports.
  • 5-7 years of healthcare operations, medical management support, or administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting Medical Management, Case Management, Disease Management, Utilization Management, Care Coordination, or related healthcare programs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining workflows, standard operating procedures, training materials, and operational documentation.
  • Experience onboarding, training, coaching, and developing employees.
  • Experience auditing work quality, monitoring productivity, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, workflow management systems, or case management applications.
