JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

Hathiant is seeking qualified professionals to support the Grants.gov Information Technology Services program for the U.S. Department Housing and Urban Development.

Preferred experience includes one or more of the following:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computers, software applications, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware to ensure systems function properly.
• Guiding users through problem-solving steps, providing clear instructions for non-technical.
• Monitoring and maintaining system performance, including running diagnostics, performing backups, and applying updates.
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
• Documenting incidents and solutions in ticketing systems to track recurring problems and maintain.
• Training and supporting end-users on new systems, software, or IT procedures.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in information technology, computer science, or related preferred.
• 1-3+ years or more of related experience required.
• Technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Customer service and communication skills to explain solutions clearly and maintain positive user interactions.
• Analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Physical Requirements: 

• 
  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
