- Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics
- Track progress and maintain alignment with project timelines
- Enforce safety and QA/QC standards
- Lead field coordination meetings and communicate with project teams
- Identify and help resolve field issues
- Maintain site documentation and reporting
- Support overall field execution in partnership with the Lead Superintendent and Project Managers
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of construction field experience
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
- Experience with data center or mission-critical environments preferred
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive field productivity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
