Responsibilities

  • Lead HCM data migration workshops; define scope, deliverables, and quality bars. 
  • Serve as the functional SME for SuccessFactors Payroll, aligning configuration with business rules. 
  • Map and validate HR core processes (payroll, benefits, time, org management) with stakeholders. 
  • Document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment. 
  • Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles; reconcile results and defects. 
  • Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll. 
  • Track issues and decisions; present clear options and risks to project leadership. 
  • Support test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes. 
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams.
