- A systems and community approach to addressing homelessness and unhoused populations
- HUD programs and Continuums of Care (CoCs)
- Homeless response systems, HMIS, and system improvement efforts
- Providing technical assistance to communities, governments, or nonprofits in the above subject matters
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder relevant initiatives at the local, state, or national level
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating relevant strategies and initiatives with a focus on learning and continuous quality improvement
- Serving as trusted advisor and partner to communities; federal, state, and local government agencies; philanthropy, and nonprofit organizations
