The Research & Evaluation Analyst supports the design and execution of research projects to inform policy and program decision-making. Key duties include cleaning complex datasets, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, and creating data visualizations for stakeholders.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards, infographics, and reports to transform complex datasets into actionable visual narratives. Collaborate with stakeholders to support program oversight and data-driven decision-making for Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

Provide deep expertise and leadership to address homelessness and housing stability through systems and community approaches. Act as a trusted advisor to government agencies, nonprofits, and philanthropy to implement and evaluate relevant strategies.

Manage and oversee discretionary grants for the Office of Head Start, including application review, award processing, and program monitoring. Provide regulatory guidance to recipients and conduct site visits to ensure compliance and improve school readiness outcomes.
