WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a Street Content Creator / Mobile Videographer to help bring Messages that Matter to public spaces around the world. You will work independently in a busy public location, invite people to share meaningful messages on camera, and capture authentic, usable content on a phone. This role is a strong fit for an up-and-coming content creator, micro-influencer, or mobile storyteller who is comfortable approaching and interviewing people in unpredictable public settings. Content captured in this role will live on Dhar Mann Studios' social pages.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Run solo filming sessions of approximately four hours in busy public locations, using a simple setup of phone, table, and sign following the approved project template.
- Approach and interview members of the public in a warm, respectful, and confident way.
- Capture approximately 15-30 usable video clips per session, each at least 15 seconds, filmed on a smartphone (iPhone preferred).
- Get consent forms for each participant.
- Treat sensitive or emotional moments with empathy, good judgment, and care.
- Organize and send raw footage back to the team after each session - no editing required.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Experience creating social, interview, street, or other phone-shot video content, with a portfolio or examples of content you have filmed on a phone.
- Confidence approaching and interviewing people in busy, unpredictable public settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to help people open up on camera.
- A responsible, empathetic, articulate, and professional approach.
- The ability to work independently and follow a repeatable filming and consent process.
- A smartphone capable of high-quality video; iPhone preferred.
- Strong organization and follow-through with raw footage and consent forms.
DETAILS:
Reports directly to Tyler Stanley. On-location role based in the target country; filming takes place in busy public areas selected for the project. Remote contractor role - no office attendance required. Filming sessions are approximately 4-6 hours, scheduled based on project needs. Rate: per-country day rate (see rate proposal); test shoot days paid at the full day rate, whether or not the footage is used. Interview process: first interview with Rob Vieyra, second interview with Tyler Stanley, then a paid test shoot.
