Accenture’s Sourcing & Procurement Consulting practice is expanding and we are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Tech-Led Transformation team. We are looking for a professional passionate about leveraging technology to redesign business processes, selecting and implementing enterprise tools, and delivering measurable impact for our clients.

Whether mapping current-state operations, designing future-state workflows, or guiding clients through software selection and implementation, our team delivers tangible results that improve operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

📌 Key responsabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery and documentation (as-is / to-be) across functional areas.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points, improvement opportunities, and digital enablers.
  • Design future-state process maps aligned with business goals and technology capabilities.
  • Support software / tool selection through market analysis, vendor evaluation, and fit-gap assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance) to define implementation roadmaps that drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to solution architecture discussions and success criteria definition.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and change enablement throughout the transformation lifecycle.

📌 Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with procurement and contract management platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or Icertis.
  • Exposure to agile delivery models and digital product lifecycle.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
