❗️ Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements

• 🎓 Completed degree studies (e.g., Business Administration, Digital Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• 📅 2–4 years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience in CMT companies.
• 📊 Advanced Excel skills.
• 📈 Knowledge in Project Management / PMO.
• 📊 Experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
• 🇬🇧 Advanced English (written and spoken).
• 📈Solid understanding of basic financial statements – Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows; college-level accounting concepts, financial ratios.

Desirable Requirements

• 🔄 Experience in transformation-related projects.
• 📊 Experience in Marketing, Go-To-Market, or Sales Operations.
• 🗺 Experience in process design, mapping, and improvement.
• 🧠 Experience in management consulting.
• 📊 Experience preparing reports (e.g., Sales Pipeline Analysis, Operations, Sales Flow, ADM Staff Management).
• 🌀 Knowledge of Agile methodology (Jira, Jira Align, Scrum).
• 🔄 Experience in Change Management.
• 🧩 Familiarity with VRO (Value Realization Office).
