DESCRIPTION 

Are you passionate about building strategic alliances that drive real revenue? We're looking for a Strategic Alliance Lead to own and shape our crucial relationships with hyperscalers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.  In this role, you will qualify and manage partner opportunities (co-sell, resale, referral), coordinate seamless sales handoffs, and provide tailored support based on partner maturity and needs. The ideal candidate excels at building trusted relationships, managing multiple priorities, and driving partner engagement that fuels revenue growth. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality sales, optimizing partner collaboration, and enabling scalable success across our partner/channel ecosystem. 

Your Impact & Responsibilities 

  • Own the strategic relationships with Hyperscaler partners (Google, AWS, Microsoft) in North America, helping them navigate the joint sales process and driving mutual success. 
  • Drive the entire partner sales motion, from qualifying high-value opportunities to managing the co-sell process and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales team. 
  • Provide critical business insights by analyzing partner pipeline and performance data to optimize our strategy and accelerate deal conversion. 
  • Empower our partners by assisting in developing and delivering enablement programs that equip their teams to effectively position and sell our solutions 
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including Partner Development Managers and field sellers, providing timely updates and guidance. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize theHyperscaler referral and co-sell motion, including managing our listings and strategy on partner marketplaces. 
  • Make impact by identifying opportunities for deeper partner engagement, upsell potential, or partner-led deal acceleration within the cloud ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in the tech or SaaS space,with a proven track record managing strategic alliances with Hyperscalers like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft (GCP, AWS, Azure). 
  • Direct experience working with Hyperscaler partner programs, co-sell motions, and marketplace listings. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex workflows and sales handoffs. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable building relationships within large, matrixed organizations. 
  • Experience with Hyperscaler partner portals (e.g., AWS ACE, Microsoft Partner Center). 
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a strong desire to drive mutual partner and customer success. 
  • A "builder" mentality combined with a "hunter" spirit; you're excited by the opportunity to develop a program and be directly compensated for the revenue it generates 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary:

The estimated total annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $177,000-$228,000. The annual starting base salary for this position is $125,000 - $160,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be 30% OTE annually and are based on performance.
