Messangi is looking for a commercially driven Strategic Account & Partnership Executive to drive growth across key accounts and expand our presence in the Caribbean.



This is a quota-carrying role with a strong focus on actively selling Live Chat, Chatbot, and Messaging solutions (WhatsApp, SMS), while building and managing a consistent sales pipeline from day one.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities, engaging mid-sized businesses and technology partners, and driving deals from the first conversation through to close (with support as needed).



This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.



Responsibilities

  • Actively sell Messangi’s Live Chat, Chatbot, and Messaging solutions (WhatsApp, SMS, and related services) to medium-sized businesses and partners across the region
  • Grow and expand a major regional telecom account
  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Generate meetings and build pipeline
  • Lead discovery conversations and solution demos
  • Close new business and support partner-led opportunities
  • Own and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot


Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, telecom, or tech)
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close
  • Strong hunter mentality and comfort with outbound
  • Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Comfortable learning and explaining technology solutions in simple business terms
  • Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented


Location 

This is a remote role, ideally based in Jamaica.
