We're not looking to train someone on the industry. We want people who already live in it, and want to monetize that expertise at a much higher level.



What you'd be representing:
StruXure builds motorized, all-weather aluminum pergola systems with integrated lighting, screens, glass walls, and climate control. These are $30K–$200K+ projects that clients are actively seeking out. You're not convincing anyone they need outdoor living — you're showing them the best version of it.


Who's already succeeding in this role:

  • Landscape and hardscape sales reps ready to move upmarket
  • Outdoor living showroom or design consultants
  • Deck, patio, and remodeling contractors who are better at selling than building
  • Architectural and building materials reps
  • Commercial sales pros calling on restaurants, hotels, and hospitality


What you earn:
$150,000–$300,000 in on-target commissions annually, with no cap. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, no base salary, no ceiling. Your income scales directly with your activity and relationships.


Colorado disclosure: This is a commission-only independent contractor position. No company-sponsored benefits are provided. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes and are not entitled to unemployment insurance through this engagement.
