Biopharma and Specialty Solutions Software Developer creates design options, process improvements and back-end solutions for commercial technologies to maximize performance and suitability for business needs. This job family manages engineering projects and plans for commercial technologies and interfaces with product managers to develop objectives. This job family assesses product systems, identifies opportunities for process and system improvements, and develops solutions through application of engineering principles.

This is a Software Developer at Staff Engineer level opportunity on the GPO Specialty Solutions technology team, focused on GPO contract and program business logic.
 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain features within a .NET application supporting GPO member practices
  • GPO Data Analysis and Enablement: Implement and enhance logic for rebate calculators, contract performance metrics, and data‑driven workflows
  • Build and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, queries, and data models supporting application functionality
  • Update and optimize Angular and Looker reports used by physician practices and internal teams to track purchasing, invoicing, and contract compliance
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root‑cause analysis
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure accuracy of financial and contract‑related logic
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, cloud optimization, and modernization initiatives

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $94,900 - $135,600
