Cards&Accounts

We are looking for a SRE for our Cards&Accounts team. The team works on the integration layer for Processing group to represent Cards, Accounts, POS loans, Cash loans, Installments, Subscriptions, Operation history for our clients and CRM team and provide triggers for operation notifications.

Challenges that await you:

  • Own and improve service reliability for the product team: design for HA/performance/scale, define SLIs/SLOs
  • Align with org standards, implement DevOps-driven updates: support processes (disaster recovery, new environments), templates, services, breaking changes, security fixes
  • Own release lifecycle: maintain charts, manage safe rollouts (blue/green/canary), ensure frequent, reliable releases, ensure valid scaling for services and optimize resources
  • Build and evolve GitLab CI/CD for build, test, security scans, and progressive delivery; speed up and harden pipelines
  • Maintain and improve end‑to‑end observability (monitoring, alerting, tracing)
  • Help with incidents: run RCAs, deliver fixes, and track reliability improvements to closure
  • Support team-level infrastructure requests like: migrations, connectivity schemas, 3rd‑party tools integration, load testing

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering for web services
  • Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance etc.)
  • Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm
  • GitLab CI/CD expertise: pipelines, templates, secrets handling, containerization
  • Observability: Prometheus/VM and ELK, build useful dashboards and alerts, familiarity with RED/USE and Four Golden Signals
  • SLI/SLO thinking and error budgets, on-call, incident response, and running effective RCAs
  • Basic experience with databases, key-value stores, and Kafka; strong knowledge is a plus
  • Scripting skills: Bash/Python
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
