The Sr. Territory Business Manager is the primary liaison between the company and our key customers in the field and ensures our market standing is secure and growth oriented. Our Sr. Territory Business Managers are the front-line support that drive top-line sales growth for the company. Acting as Trusted Advisor to our customers, the Sr. Territory Business Manager provides the best mix of product and information resulting in a superior Infection Prevention environment.
The territory will cover Northern California, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Nevada minus Las Vegas.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates Effectively: Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and positions levels with both internal and external constituents. Adjusts communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Drives Results: Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. Always keeps the end in sight; in extra effort to meet deadlines, budget expectations, and strong top and bottom-line orientation.
Builds Networks: Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
Financial Acumen: Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
A bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university or five years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

This position is a remote position with minimal supervision; requires frequent travel and the amount of overnight travel may exceed 50% in any given month.
