Sr. Project Management Specialist

Our Team

You will join a global, fully remote team that supports our Category Experience squads across North America, Europe, and APAC markets. While our Category Managers define priorities and our creative partners bring product launches to life, you will serve as the operational driver connecting our ANZ Category Team with our Tunis functional teams. You will turn strategy into action—coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring projects move smoothly from ideation to live-on-site.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a proactive, highly driven Sr. Project Management Specialist. This person will act as the critical operational bridge between our ANZ Category Team and Tunis functional teams. In this role, you will be the tactical driver of our ANZ delivery strategy—not an administrative observer.

You will actively remove operational blockers across significant time zone and geographical gaps, enforce quality standards, and refine workflows to ensure maximum delivery velocity and predictability. This role is essential for safeguarding our strategic priorities and elevating our squad's process maturity.

• Cross-Regional Alignment: Drive operational agility and handle cross-functional stand-ups to seamlessly align regional priorities between ANZ and Tunis, bridging time-zone and geographical gaps.
• Active Blocker Mitigation: Identify, track, and rapidly resolve complex project dependencies and operational friction before they impact delivery timelines.
• Process Governance & Standards: Implement rigorous process standards and optimize workflow pipelines to eliminate queue accumulation and prevent work stagnation.
• Jira Hygiene & Data-Driven Insights: Maintain pristine Jira board hygiene and leverage reporting tools (such as Looker or Jira reports) to analyze team velocity, bottleneck patterns, and delivery metrics—using these data insights to actively drive process optimizations.
• Continuous Workflow Transformation: Evaluate existing squad processes, identify inefficiencies, and execute continuous improvements to elevate squad process maturity in line with peer global teams.
• Capacity & Queue Management: Protect local team focus by filtering incoming requests, handling resource constraints, and allowing the Category Team to focus on strategic planning rather than daily admin.

• Proven track record as a Senior PM or Delivery Specialist managing cross-functional projects across distributed, international teams.
• Hands-on experience setting up and enforcing delivery frameworks, quality gates, and workflow optimizations.
• Expert-level mastery of Jira and experience with reporting/analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Demonstrated history of active blocker resolution, risk mitigation, and pushing back constructively when standards are not met.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to keep remote teams aligned across time zones without friction.
• Agile/Scrum certifications paired with practical, real-world execution is a plus.
